the Runescape Announcements/Updates forum...
I don't see any reason why not and it would be kind of useful.

Actually I've made that board specifically for announcements from the official RuneScape website only. If I allowed members to post their threads there it would ruin the purpose.

As of what's been going on right now, that's been the case. They've just posted them mainly in the General RuneScape discussion forum, and then I"ll move them to the Updates forum. I just know that if I open up the Updates forum to everyone, there will always be those few users that just don't get it and will always post their own random threads there, with no idea about what the general usage is. I've found out that it's just easier to use the current method.  |

I don't see what's wrong with just Math Professor being allowed to post.
It doesn't take more than one person and it would ruin the purpose if other people could post like it was already stated.
